Wow what a wonderful game we had this morning. The score certainly does not reflect how well everyone played. The forward line of Olivia West, Luci Barber and Sofia Higgins gave the goalie a lot of work to do and, if she hadn’t been higher team goalie, the score could have been quite different. Nickki Chadwick subbed the forward line, and despite still having a poorly leg, she scored a lovely goal, as did Sofia. The midfielders of Tegen Hunt, Sarah Gray and Rae Mossford played brilliantly and read the game so well. The same can be said of the backs, Freya Barber, Rute Serra and Charlotte McMaster. Amelia Barber was great in goal, especially when she warned the defence many times when a player was unmarked! Alexis Bates was our super sub and played so well all over the pitch…..however I think she was greatly relieved not to have to sub a back! MOM votes went to Freya, Luci, Alexis, Charlotte, Rute and Olivia but the clear winner this week was Rae. 👏🏾. Thanks must also be given to all our supporters. Well done everyone. 👍🙂🏑👏🏾X
