Plym Uni 4s vs OC 4s

It was a bright sunny day as the OC 4s arrived on the last game of the season.

There was a bit of a kerfuffle as we realised that balls, masks, first aid kit and clipboard were all left behind which made for a bit of a messy start.

When the match finally started with lots of people in different positions to normal. Liv, Angie and Aimee in the back with Hannah just in front.

We started off well with lots of good passes between Charlotte, Chloe, Anna and Blanche in the middle. It was soon very clear that our best efforts were not quite enough and we were soon 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 nil down by half time.

We did get quite a few chances in the attacking D which didnt result in any goals.

Liriel did a great job stopping as much as she could in goal.

**Half Time Talk**

We were playing really well. The main thing to remember was keeping possession of the ball and marking.

As we went into the 2nd half which saw us much more focused with Nickki, Olivia, Mia and Honey switching up the positions on pitch. There were a few more chances at goal and lots of very hard play from the Uni team which resulted in injuries on both teams.

The final score of 9-0 did not reflect the effort and amazing play from everyone. Each person has really improved this season which is exactly what the Sunday league is for.

Player of the match was jointly won by Liriel and Chloe which was very well deserved.

Massive thanks to Kath and Vicky on the sidelines helping to organise the subs and to Laura, Jess and Lauren for supporting.
