A good display from M2’s vs Ashmoor. M2’s were quickly on the scoreboard with a lovely finish from Mike Davison following a good controlled build up. The opposition struggled to break OCHC’s press and after some further OCHC pressure a smart PC routine was despatched by James Grant with an assist from Ben Pennington (lucky to miss out on dog this week).
Half time saw OC take a 2-0 lead. To be honest it should have been more with GK Ciaran touching the ball twice.
The 2nd half was more of the same with Ashmoor struggling to get out of their half. There was outstanding performances from Freddie Garstang and Reuben James - both players combining to almost make it 3-0 on multiple occasions.
Sadly OC couldn’t add further goals but certainly deserved more. It’s been a good start to the season and looking forward to seeing how far we can go this year. Well done lads - Mike and Tom Hunt enjoy your break.
