A wonderful win today with 2 great goals
A great match today with 2 goals scored by Liriel Long and Alexis Bates. A third by Anna v B from a short corner within minutes of the start of play was disallowed 👎. The young forward line of Olivia West, Anna and Alexis were amazing as was Liriel playing outfield for the first time this season. Sarah Gray had a great game as centre back as did Ava Swain in goal, though she didn’t have much to do compared to the Uni goalie! Nothing got past our stalwarts Kath v B and Lorri Rickard! Thanks must also go to our 4 higher players who were as good as expected! They were Amber Sanders, Danni Eager (NB. just engaged!), Hayley Russell and Kayleigh Easton. Danni, Olivia and Alexis all received MOM votes but this week Liriel was the winner. Thanks to all the supporters and players for another lovely session on a hockey pitch. 👍🙂🏑
